    Employment Background:
    I started in the automotive industry back when I was in high school. My family owned and operated a collision repair business. I stayed with the collision repair business, eventually owning City Centre Collision. After getting into selling used vehicles I decided to take on the Kia franchise in 2001.

    What do you love most about working at Kia?
    Kia is constantly growing; its brand, and its quality. If you looked at Kia last year, look again this year. We just keep getting better and better.

    45 years

    How do you participate in our community?
    I love soccer, and I love seeing our youth in sport. I've been sponsoring youth soccer in North Bay for years. I currently sponsor 5 soccer teams, and one youth girl's hockey team. I'm also a big believer in helping those less fortunate than ourselves, so pitching in at the food bank and soup kitchen is really important to me.

    When not at work, what would you mostly be found doing?
    Spending time with family and friends; breaking bread, relaxing, and definitely laughing.

    What's been the highlight of your life so far?
    I've been very lucky. I have a wonderful family, a great wife and three beautiful kids, aged 21, 19 and 12. Of course I can't forget to mention, owning my business.

    I've been a Sales Manager for the past 14 years, with the previous 10 as a Sales Associate and Business Manager. I've worked for Toyota, GM and Chrysler, and have now made a home for myself with Kia North Bay.

    What do you love most about working at Kia?
    Working in such a youthful and vibrant environment; being involved in growing a business; the vehicles, our customers, our community.

    How do you participate in our community?
    For the past 7 years I've coached various levels of kids' hockey. Something I'm likely to do for a long time to come.

    When not hard at work, what would you mostly be found doing?
    I'm most often having fun with my family and friends, playing golf or hockey.

    What's been the highlight of your life so far?
    That's easy. My children. From their first moments, watching them learn and grow into the wonderful people that they are. I have loved every minute of raising my children.

    I have always done what I'm good at - dealing with people. From high school on, I just knew I was bound for a job in sales. Nothing pleases me more than helping others get what they've worked hard to earn.

    What do you love most about working at Kia?
    Great atmosphere! I really enjoy coming to work, the Kia team is a lot of fun.

    I coach an under-15 boy's soccer team. Lucky for me, my team happens to be sponsored by Kia North Bay.

    When not at work, what would you mostly be found doing?
    Playing sports with friends or just having fun with my family.

    What's been the highlight of your life so far?
    I went to Italy in 1994 with my family to meet all my relatives in Italy. I hope to go back again sometime soon.

    As a recent graduate of Canadore College, I don't have a large career background to lean upon, except to say that I feel I've got a natural gift for dealing with people. I have always loved opportunities to work with others, in a fast paced changing environment.

    Since joining Kia, I've felt right at home. The atmosphere is always so upbeat and energetic. We do good things here. We help people get what they need, and what they want.

    How do you participate in our community?
    I run in the Patrick for Life marathon. I'm often golfing at a various different fundraising events.

    When not at work, what would you mostly be found doing?
    Well I'm big into sports, so depending on the season, I'm either golfing or playing hockey. If I'm not out trying to break a sweat I'm hanging out with friends or spending some good ol' quality time with my family.

    What's been the highlight of your life so far?
    I moved out west for a while, lived in Banff and Calgary. I don't think I'll ever be able to replace looking at the beauty of those mountains.
